A Mistake That May Never Be Forgiven

I may like the manga, but I will include Season 4 (Oricalcos season), mainly due to that season is where Eshe makes her full appearance.

I consider Toshiko, Yuugi and Jonouchi as really good friends who always have each others back. So when Yuugi's soul is taken by the Oricalcos, Toshiko is really affected, just like everyone else. Before this, she's been in and out at times, like her mind would blank out while she was in the middle of something, and it would be hours later she fully cones to. After Yuugi's soul was taken, it got worse, with her having headaches and just staring off into space a lot. She went with Yami and Anzu on top of the train in one episode where Yami dueled Weevil. When Weevil pulled that stunt where it seemed that Yuugi's soul card was ripped, she just shut down mentaly, all hope of rescuing Yugi put out like a candle flame. At this point, Eshe takes over, making her full official apearance in the series. Anzu notices the change after she and Yami met up with the chief person(Darts father, god I can't remember names) and Eshe by the river, but she doesn't say anything, thinking Toshiko was still in shock about the duel and the train crashing. During Yami's duel with Yuugi and after in the lost souls place, Toshiko slowly starts coming to, catching glimpses of the duels while Eshe watched the entire thing. After all of that, Eshe let her host switch with her, seeing that Toshiko got a little bit of hope back. Toshiko at the time, still wasn't happy with Yami's choice with the Oricalcos card, so she barely spoke to him for a while. He did try to talk to her, saying he was truly sorry, but she still didn't speak. Eshe then switches for a moment, glancing towards him.

"My Pharaoh, at this rate, I don't think Toshiko will ever forgive you for your actions. So I wouldn't be asking for something you can't get."
He was confused because he thought it was Toshiko who was speaking to him, but the fact that she talked like she was a different person concerned him.

Later on,(in my version) Jonouchi and Toshiko chase after Valon and duel him in a 1vs2 match. Both barely make it, but still win. Then they face off against Mai and lose. Eshe tries to not let the Oricalcos take Toshiko, but she fights against Eshes efforts, saying she wasn't worth saving because she ruined Valon's life (both Toshiko and Valon are brother and sister) and deserved what was coming to her. Eshe wakes up to see that Mai leaving to go after Darts and was sitting next to Jonouchi, who was far from gone. She tried following Mai, but there was no way she could catch up. Yami and the others come by in the area and see that Valon and Jonouchi were unconsious. Eshe's back was turned from everyone, tears streaming down her face. Anzu notices and asked her what happened. Eshe just says that Jonouchi and Toshiko's souls were taken. Everyone was stunned but confused, thinking Toshiko was talking so she showed herself to them, saying that Toshiko was definately gone, and explains that she was a soul inhabiting Toshikos body.

Golly me I dragged on with this! Main point of this pic, Yami is upset that Yuugi is gone, but is also upset that Toshiko won't forgive him. Eshe is upset because of what Yami did, and her host became depressed after the incident. There!
